Goodman Masson partners with a global fintech client to appoint a Senior People & Culture Business Partner for the Americas. Based in New York City with hybrid work (3 days in the office), you will own the People agenda across the region, reporting to the UK Chief People Officer.

You will partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, manage complex employee relations, ensure payroll/tax compliance, and lead onboarding, analytics and workforce initiatives.
