Interim Senior Group FP&A Manager
6-month contract
ASAP start (up to 2 weeks’ notice considered)
Hybrid 1–2 days per week in Central London
£500–£600 per day (umbrella) depending on experience
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, international business who have recently received significant funding. They are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Group FP&A Manager to join the team on a 6-month contract.
This is a hands-on Group FP&A role offering broad exposure across group finance, planning, consolidation, reporting and strategic projects, including M&A.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
- Own Group consolidation across revenue, EBITDA, cash and key business KPIs
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting and analysis to senior leadership
- Partner closely with functional and finance leaders across the Group
- Drive improvements across finance processes, reporting and KPI frameworks
- Support strategic planning, board reporting and M&A activity
- Manage and develop one direct report
- Act as a key finance partner during an important period of transformation and growth
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience across FP&A and Group reporting
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities
- International / multi-country experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with NetSuite, Anaplan, Pigment or similar systems
- Experience within a VC- or PE-backed environment is strongly preferred
- Experience in a scale-up or subscription-based business would be advantageous
- Previous experience supporting M&A and/or finance transformation would be highly beneficial
