We are partnering with a highly regarded, global financial services group to recruit a Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a complex, fast-paced international environment with exposure across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role is ideal for an experienced corporate tax professional looking to step into a broad, commercially focused position with significant visibility across senior stakeholders.
The Role
- You will take ownership of corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Leading UK, EMEA, and APAC corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations
- Managing outsourced tax return processes, including review and submission
- Overseeing quarterly tax provisioning, including current and deferred tax analysis
- Monitoring and reporting effective tax rates to global stakeholders
- Managing statutory tax disclosures and working closely with external providers
- Acting as a key point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and senior finance stakeholders
- Overseeing capital allowances and R&D tax credit processes
- Supporting tax aspects of group reorganisations, acquisitions, and disposals
- Managing corporate tax payments and related filings
- Contributing to Pillar Two reporting and wider international tax developments
- Maintaining strong internal controls, including SAO-related processes
- Leading and coordinating support from offshore/shared service teams
About You
- Significant post-qualified experience in corporate tax (typically 10+ years)
- Strong background in tax compliance and reporting within a large or complex business
- Experience working with auditors and managing external advisors
- Knowledge of tax reporting tools (e.g. OneSource) is highly advantageous
- Exposure to international tax and multi-entity structures preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
