This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual capable of driving improvements and ensuring the success of both existing and new systems within a Digital Transformation Programme. Key Responsibilities The Digital Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming trading and risk IT systems by: Collaborating with internal and external teams to design and enhance solutions. Leading requirements gathering and documentation through workshops, storyboards, and user stories. Analysing the impact of changes and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged. Ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, and feasible. Working with development teams to prototype and deliver solutions within an agile DevOps framework. Defining and documenting processes, training, and testing for new systems and features. Supporting business users with testing and training. Continuously improving processes, technology, and efficiency by applying best practices. Identifying and addressing gaps in processes or technology. Managing third-party relationships to improve end-user support quality. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Experience working on Cloud Transformation projects. Strong understanding of Commodity or Energy markets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisations levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions. Familiarity with Agile, design thinking, and UI/UX methodologies is a plus. Experience in financial or trading environments. Experience with ETRM/CTRM solutions is beneficial.
