Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer to design and deliver an engaging training programme for a Sales Cloud rollout. You’ll empower users of all levels to make the most of Salesforce, adopt best practices, and embrace new tools and processes.
What you’ll do:
- Create and deliver tailored training for beginner to advanced users
- Run live, in-person, and virtual workshops via Teams
- Produce user guides, video tutorials, and self-paced learning resources (including for digital adoption platforms)
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly
- Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing user support
- Monitor training impact and enhance materials based on feedback
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience training Salesforce end users
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Skilled in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual training content
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides, LMS platforms, and video tools
- Experience with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) is a plus
