We are seeking a Resourcing Consultant to join our London office. This is a delivery-focused role centred around candidate management, relationship building, and supporting the successful delivery of consultants into buy-side and sell-side Insurance clients.
The successful candidate will be comfortable getting on the phone, building relationships with candidates, managing processes, and working closely with stakeholders in a busy, fast-paced environment.
G MASS Consulting partners with clients across banking, capital markets, investment management, and the London insurance market, helping them achieve success by providing expert consultants, industry knowledge, and innovative solutions.
ace is the financial services sector’s first dedicated Post-Digital Advisory, positioned to help financial institutions harness emerging technologies to achieve real competitive differentiation. ace is a G MASS business – this role will support both G MASS Consulting and ace capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and market engagement
- Understand client requirements and what “good” looks like across different mandates
- Manage multiple live roles, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate candidate processes from initial outreach through to placement and onboarding
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, processes, and pipeline activity
- Build strong internal relationships across both HQ and wider business teams
