You'll be supporting around 120 users across a mobile workforce environment, providing onboarding, coaching, first-line systems support, user guidance, and helping drive better system adoption across the business. The organisation uses a bespoke operational system within their trades and property services function, so they're looking for someone who can quickly understand business processes, confidently support users, and communicate clearly with non-technical teams. This is not a heavily technical IT infrastructure role. It would suit someone from a systems training, business systems support, CRM support, housing systems, repairs, field service, or operational improvement background.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and one-to-one systems training to frontline trades and operational staff
  • Support users with day-to-day system and process queries
  • Create simple user guides and training materials
  • Help improve system usage, user adoption, and operational processes
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support testing, upgrades, and system changes
  • Work closely with operational teams, managers, and IT stakeholders
What they're looking for:
  • Experience supporting or training users on CRM/business systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain systems clearly to operational or non-technical users
  • Experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance, field service, or similar operational environments would be highly beneficial
  • Process improvement and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Dynamics or similar systems is desirable

Additional information: Hybrid working - typically around 2 days per week in the office Redhill location, so ability to commute/drive is beneficial.
