We're partnering with a housing association to recruit a Business Systems Trainer / Systems Support Lead to support their Property Services and Trades teams.
This is a really people-focused systems role - ideal for someone who enjoys helping operational teams get the best out of technology, improving processes, and making systems easy to use for frontline staff.
You'll be supporting around 120 users across a mobile workforce environment, providing onboarding, coaching, first-line systems support, user guidance, and helping drive better system adoption across the business.
The organisation uses a bespoke operational system within their trades and property services function, so they're looking for someone who can quickly understand business processes, confidently support users, and communicate clearly with non-technical teams.
It would suit someone from a systems training, business systems support, CRM support, housing systems, repairs, field service, or operational improvement background.
- Deliver face-to-face and one-to-one systems training to frontline trades and operational staff
- Create simple user guides and training materials
- Help improve system usage, user adoption, and operational processes
- Support testing, upgrades, and system changes
Experience supporting or training users on CRM/business systems is required. Experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance, field service, or similar operational environments would be highly beneficial.
Hybrid working - typically around 2 days per week in the office.
