About the Role
Lead end-to-end contract management, from strategy and tendering through to negotiation, award, and close-out.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align contracting activities with business needs while ensuring governance and compliance.
- Prepare tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and supplier communications, working with cross-functional teams (e.g. HSE, legal, finance).
- Evaluate supplier proposals, balancing cost, risk, quality, and delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure internal approvals for contract awards.
- Support governance processes, including preparation for contract review and approval forums.
- Manage demand planning, track contract status, and report to management.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to support project delivery.
Required Skills
- Use systems (e.g. SAP) for procurement activities and data analysis.
- Ensure audit compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of SCM processes.
- Good understanding on Procure to Pay.
- Oil and Gas experience - ideally an operator.
- Available on short notice.
