Project Manager – Stock Acquisitions Hybrid South East Β£65-Β£70 + Excellent Benefits We are supporting on behalf of a leading housing organisation for an experienced Project Manager – Stock Acquisitions to oversee the successful acquisition and onboarding of large portfolios of existing homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic acquisition projects, ensuring a seamless transition for customers while working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and external partners.

The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of stock acquisition projects from inception through to completion, coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Working across Finance, IT, Operations and Customer Services, you will develop and manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and provide regular progress updates to Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.

You will also build strong working relationships with disposing landlords, consultants and advisers, ensuring project milestones are achieved and customers receive an excellent onboarding experience throughout the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities Lead the project management of large-scale housing stock acquisitions.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring all workstreams remain on schedule.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth customer onboarding journey.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, consultants and external partners.

Monitor project risks, resolve issues and implement effective mitigation plans.

Ensure accurate data management and compliance with governance, legislation and organisational policies.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous business improvement.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to completion.

Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience of managing bulk social housing stock acquisitions or large-scale tenanted property transactions is highly desirable.
