We are working with a top Housing Association to recruit for a Lead PowerBI Developer to join the Performance team. The post holder will implement, configure and maintain visualisations for business information and performance indicators, and portray data in user-friendly and appealing dashboards and reports. This role will also line manage a small team of developers, so strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential.

Salary: £48, £52, per annum (dependent on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Hybrid (offices across South West/South East England)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating engaging and user-friendly PowerBI dashboards for the business
  • Ensuring end users understand and use dashboards and reports to their full potential
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the business to scope out their PowerBI and reporting requirements
  • Managing a small team of PowerBI Developers and supporting their development and skills
  • Staying informed on current and future technology trends to enhance data utilisation and business performance

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in PowerBI development
  • Experience with relational databases, data modelling, and ETL
  • Experience or interest in managing a team, or providing support/mentorship for junior colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
