Job Description
Role: Senior Analyst – Portfolio Monitoring and FP&A
Salary: £70,000-£75,000 plus bonus
One of the world's leading Private Equity Real Estate Investment Managers is looking to hire a Senior Analyst into their London team. The role incorporates:
- Portfolio Monitoring of European portfolio by providing Track Record Summary (IRRs, Multiples etc), Performance Reporting Summary and Analysis
- Challenge portfolio Valuations and work on the Asset Management Models to ensure investors receive up-to-date and accurate info on portfolio performance and future returns
- Forecasting & Planning for the European RE portfolio
- Support funding needs of portfolio companies through debt financing
- Work with Investor Relations to go back on ad hoc requests and support investor presentations
- Partner with Portfolio Managers to provide financial insight and guide investment and operational decisions
The portfolio you will look after will typically consist of REITs that have been taken private or Real Estate companies that have been bought out.
The right candidate for this role will be either a qualified accountant or CFA qualified with at least 2 years post qualification experience. You must have an understanding of DCFs and performance metrics such as IRRs and Real Estate sector knowledge would be a plus.
