This role would suit an experienced Planned Works Manager, Capital Works Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Surveyor looking to take on a strategic leadership position with genuine autonomy and influence.
The Role You ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of planned and cyclical works programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Strategic Asset Management and Building Safety ll use stock condition data and asset intelligence to develop and deliver investment programmes that maximise asset performance, improve resident satisfaction and provide excellent value for money.
