Job Description
My client is a highly regarded US boutique investment bank and they are expanding their EMEA Energy Group and keen to recruit an Associate (and Analyst) with Oil & Gas M&A experience – down/mid/upstream all relevant.
You will be seeking an active and ambitious platform with a strong trck record of success in EMEA and the Americas.
You will either be an Oil & Gas specialist already, or looking to deepen your specialisation having gained M&A and sector expertise as part of a credible Industrials or broader Natural Resources Group. Your CV will exhibit first rate M&A execution experience.
Responsibilities will centre on:
- You will be support (and help lead) the management of live transactions
- You will drive (and begin to oversee) the production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
- Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
- Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation

Personal and Technical requirements include:
- Previous Energy / Oil & Gas Investment Banking experience strongly preferred.
- Detailed financial valuation modelling experience (DCF, Merger and LBO) .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
