As part of our growth, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor to join our Compliance Team here at Freebridge Community Housing.
Taking operational responsibility for the surveying of damp and mould across our domestic properties and communal areas.
You will lead and manage a team of in-house operatives, oversee work programmes to resolve issues effectively, and support the delivery of our disrepair service - liaising with legal and contractor specialists where required.
With a data-driven approach and strong reporting skills, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents live in safe, well-maintained homes.
