We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Compliance Manager to join our Home and Community Maintenance team here at Freebridge Community Housing, taking operational responsibility for the delivery of a comprehensive asset compliance service across our housing and communal properties.
As a subject matter expert, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of mechanical and electrical works, asbestos, water hygiene, lifting operations and equipment, damp, mould and disrepair and fire management support - working closely with the Head of Assets to develop and implement compliance strategy and ensuring all contracts are procured and delivered in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
