Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a highly reputable FMCG brand on their search for a new Head of Group FP&A.
Please note, this role is one to two days a week in the office which is in Milton Keynes , the rest is remote.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this moving and diverse business in a time of exciting growth both domestically and internationally.
This role has come about due to an internal promotion and is critical to driving financial performance and providing strategic financial insights to support the business’s growth and profitability at group level.
The Head of Group FP&A will be responsible for providing monthly financial analysis and insight into the groups commercial performance.
The role has huge exposure to c-suite finance & non-finance, you will act as the key FBP to the investor relations and M&A teams.
You will also have ownership of the annual group budgeting & forecasting process and the regular report packs for senior management.
Furthermore, you will be required to deliver step changes to the quality and efficiency of the management reporting and forecasting.
You must be a well organised, commercial, qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) who strives to deliver continuous improvement.
You must have strong analytical skills and be able to present financial data clearly and accurately to non finance personnel.
An excellent package is being offered - strong bonus and market leading pension/benefits.
Experience in a Group FP&A role would be highly advantageous.
