Goodman Masson are delighted to be supporting a rapidly scaling, PE-backed software business in the search for a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth, data-driven organisation where finance plays a critical role in supporting decision-making, performance tracking and continued expansion. Please note: this role is 5 days per week in the office, based in Greenford/Wembley way.

The Role

As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts while working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and meaningful insight.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing month-end management accounts (P&L and balance sheet)
  • Delivering variance analysis, reconciliations, journals and commentary
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes
  • Business partnering with non-finance teams to explain financial performance
  • Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset registers
  • Producing analysis and reporting to support senior management decision-making
About You
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience in a management accounting or reporting-focused role
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the confidence to work closely with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a 5-days-per-week office-based environment
