M365 Lead Recruitment Agency Ref: (phone number removed) We are working with one of the UK's top universities in recruiting for an M365 Lead on a permanent basis. This role will manage productivity tools within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and ensure that these services are being delivered to a high standard. You will also lead an exciting Digital Workplace project over the next 3 years, as well as line manage a small team of 2-3 engineers. Salary: £54,000 per annum plus 10% annual bonus Duration: Permanent Location: Hybrid – on-site expectation in Cornwall few times per month The successful candidate will be responsible for: Resolving any major incidents or escalated issues across M365 productivity tools Delivering a variety of projects, including a large data migration from local drives into SharePoint Identifying and performing any improvements to the services Ensuring the security, resilience, backup, and monitoring of the platforms Deputising for the Manager as required Managing a small team of 2-3 engineers The successful candidate will have: Demonstrable experience of SharePoint administration Power Platform experience is desirable Ability to mentor and delegate to junior team members Flexibility to travel on-site a minimum of once a month Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organisation To apply or for more information, please get in touch with Kirsty Mah on (url removed) In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you
