Our client is a FTSE 250-listed financial services technology group, a market leader in the UK wrap platform space. They serve financial advisers and their clients at scale — managing billions in assets under direction across a broad range of tax-efficient wrappers. The tax team is lean, high-calibre and works at the centre of the finance function. This is an in-house Tax Specialist position, supporting the Group Tax Director across all aspects of group taxation for a listed financial services business. The right candidate will be technically strong, commercially curious and comfortable working to strict deadlines in a regulated environment. This is a broad, hands-on role, not a one-dimensional CT compliance seat.

  • Preparing accurate half year and full year corporate tax provisions for inclusion in management accounts, annual statutory reports and interim market results
  • Forecasting and managing quarterly corporation tax instalment payments
  • Preparing all annual tax computations, provisions and tax disclosures in the financial statements
