A leading international organisation is seeking a Tax Accountant to join its established in-house tax function based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified tax professional looking to develop their career within a multinational environment. The role offers exposure to both UK and international tax matters, working closely with finance teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
- Preparation of UK corporation tax returns and supporting tax compliance processes
- Assisting with quarterly and annual tax reporting requirements
- Supporting international tax compliance and reporting obligations
- Liaising with finance teams across the business to provide tax support and guidance
- Working alongside external advisers on overseas tax matters
- Contributing to a variety of tax advisory projects and process improvements
- Supporting the wider tax team with ad hoc technical and compliance work
About You
- CTA and/or ACA qualification (or be nearing qualification)
- Up to 3 years' post-qualified experience, although strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
- Experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting
- Strong tax accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience gained within financial services or a complex multinational environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
