An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a large, internationally recognised organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting into the Head of Tax, you will play a key role in delivering corporate tax advisory, reporting and compliance activities across a complex and dynamic business. Working closely with finance teams, senior stakeholders and external advisers, you will provide practical tax guidance on commercial transactions, support governance and risk management processes, and oversee tax compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide corporate tax advice on business operations, projects and transactions.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax reporting requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisers and compliance providers.
  • Review and oversee corporate tax compliance processes.
  • Assist with tax risk management and governance activities.
  • Monitor legislative developments and assess business impact.
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to deliver commercially focused tax solutions.

About You

  • ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong corporate tax experience gained in practice, industry or a combination of both.
  • Proven experience across both tax advisory and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of UK corporate tax legislation and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to non-tax stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating within large or complex organisations would be advantageous.
