Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Performance Analysis: Bridge the gap between technical accounting and commercial operations by translating venue-level data into high-level strategic insights to optimise margins and ROI.
  • Corporate Development & M&A: Lead the financial due diligence and valuation modeling for new market entries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Capital Planning & Investment Appraisal: Own the complex multi-year financial models for large-scale real estate investments and venue developments, from initial business case to board-level approval.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Spearhead high-priority projects across marketing, technology, and operations, ensuring all commercial decisions are backed by rigorous financial logic.

Experience & Background
