- Previous recruitment experience across any sector; with a preference for finance recruitment.
- Is ambitious and motivated - driven by progression, development and achieving your goals.
- Is keen to learn - proactive, open to feedback and excited to develop quickly.
- Is confident and people-focused - able to build strong relationships and deliver an excellent service.
- Is commercially minded - motivated by earning potential and building long-term client relationships.
