Join a global leader in metals trading as a Metals Settlement Associate, supporting both base and precious metals operations from our London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing, globally connected operations team that underpins the success of international trading and sales activities.
As part of the physical metals operations group, you will act as a key point of contact between traders, custodians, and clients, ensuring that all metal settlements and transfers are processed accurately and efficiently. You will oversee the full settlement lifecycle from verifying trades and preparing invoices to maintaining precise financial and inventory records. You will handle complex and escalated transaction requests, manage documentation for shipping and invoicing, and work closely with internal partners across Front Office, Middle Office, and Technology to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, settlements, or trade support within commodities and financial markets. You’ll have strong Excel and system skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.
