We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager on a 9–12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will lead the people, process, and adoption workstream for a global finance transformation programme, including the implementation of a new ERP and ERM/consolidation solution.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between transactional finance processes and group-level reporting, ensuring successful process harmonisation, data readiness, cutover execution, and sustained adoption across regions, entities, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an end-to-end change strategy, including communications, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, training, and adoption tracking
- Establish and run change governance structures (roles, decision-making forums, escalation paths, and regular cadence)
- Conduct “As Is" and "To Be” impact assessments across processes, roles, and geographies
- Identify and manage change risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in finance transformation, change management, or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-country programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working across finance and technology teams, ideally within ERP and/or consolidation implementations
- Finance qualification is an added bonus
- Frequent overseas travel - 30% of the role
