The team boasts excellent global insurance and insurtech credentials and MDs with strong track records (of both deal flow and successfully building advisory businesses).
You will work on a wide range of transactions from buy and sell-side M&A, to capital raises and valuation expertise and strategic advice.
Responsibilities will centre on:
- You will be responsible for the management of live transactions.
- You will produce financial analysis and help drive the team's production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation.
- Begin developing strategic ideas for clients.
- Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation.
Profile:
- You have accrued FIG corporate finance experience (and ideally some Insurance specific exposure) and be keen to specialise in Insurance.
- Experience will have been accrued in a large investment bank, boutique or Top 6 accountancy firm.
- A robust financial modelling and valuations skillset is desired.
- Possess an exceptional academic profile.
