Temporary HR Advisor - Not-for-Profit | 3 Days per Week | Hybrid (1 Day/Week in Office) Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fantastic not-for-profit organisation to find an experienced Temporary HR Advisor to support their People & Culture team during a busy period of growth. Lead on recruitment coordination - from guiding managers to onboarding new hires Payroll admin - monthly updates, data management, and liaising with the provider Provide first-line HR advice across the team Support on HRIS , contracts, lifecycle processes, and ad hoc queries Solid generalist HR experience - ideally in a smaller or start-up environment Confident handling payroll data and liaising with providers Familiar with UK employment law & HR best practices Able to hit the ground running and manage your time well in a part-time role ??
