A global media agency is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation professional to support a major post-merger integration programme. This role will lead finance transformation and integration activity across a complex international business, with a particular focus on governance, reporting controls, process alignment, and stakeholder management across EMEA and US leadership teams. The successful candidate will have a strong track record delivering finance transformation within media, advertising, marketing services, or similarly fast-paced global organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead finance transformation and post-merger integration initiatives.
- Drive alignment of finance processes, reporting, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Support integration of finance operating models across global teams.
