The company follows a "buy and improve" model, acquiring and scaling ownerâmanaged businesses. Main responsibilities
- Manage a small but growing team
- Lead monthly group consolidation, reporting and technical accounting (including IFRS 3, 15 and 16).
- Strengthen and improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
- Partner with subsidiary finance teams and provide clear, proactive communication to senior leadership.
- Support the CFO on analysis and projects as the group continues to scale
