As FP&A Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the business financial strategy:
- Own the full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis
- Partner with client services, delivery, and commercial teams to support revenue forecasting and margin tracking
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis
- Track and analyse key performance indicators across projects, clients, and business units
- Support the Finance Director with strategic initiatives including M&A, pricing analysis, and investment appraisals
- Help drive financial discipline and accountability across the business
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A experience, ideally in a media, creative agency, or marketing services environment
- Excellent modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Clear communicator who can translate finance to non-finance teams and influence decision-making
