I am partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed Data & Analytics business currently experiencing exceptional year-on-year growth. As they enter a critical period of change and expansion, they are seeking a Financial Modeller to act as a key architect for their financial future.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-visibility role where your models won't just sit in a folder—they will drive the board-level decisions of a scaling industry leader.

The Role

  • Design and implement robust, integrated financial models from the ground up to support long-term strategy.
  • Own the core budgeting and planning models, ensuring they remain agile enough for rapid decision-making.
  • Partner with department heads to understand sub-model inputs and integrate them into a master planning framework.
  • Translate complex formula construction into clear, visual reports for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the FP&A team on 'what-if' scenarios, variance analysis, and ad-hoc commercial projects.

The Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Ideally, you have a background in Practice followed by hands-on industry experience.
  • Proven experience in a dedicated financial modelling role with a deep understanding of complex formula construction.
  • A natural ability to deconstruct business problems into logical, automated data solutions.
  • A proven track record of working independently and managing multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work daily with a CFO in a PE-backed environment, gaining invaluable exposure to the private equity lifecycle.
