My client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interim Finance Manager to join our Real Estate team organisation which are private equity backed. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and oversee some exciting projects.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate investments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for real estate assets, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, particularly in relation to real estate and private equity structures.

Project Support: Provide financial analysis and support for key investment projects, acquisitions, and disposals within the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within real estate or private equity.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems. Understanding of the real estate sector, private equity, and property structures is highly desirable.
