Goodman Masson are partnered with The Royal Parks to recruit for their new permanent Finance Manager to lead their Financial Transactions team. As the Finance Manager, you will lead and develop a team of four, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Finance Administration. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial operations while fostering a collaborative and high-achieving team culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing sales invoicing and income processing, ensuring correct coding and timely recognition of income.
- Overseeing daily bank postings and monthly reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
Experience of working within a finance function of a medium to large sized organisation is required.
Salary is £50,000 - £57,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits including:
- ~26 days' annual leave plus public holidays, increasing to 29 days after 3 year's service
- ~ Pension scheme (3% employee contribution)
- ~ Private medical insurance and healthcare cash plan
