We are currently recruiting for a Daily Supervisor to support a Facilities & Estates team on a 3-month temporary basis in North London.
The Role: This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Supervisors, Maintenance Operatives, and Drivers
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work using D365, including work orders and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to manage service requests and priorities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, policies, and audits
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and registers
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Act as the main point of contact for Facilities & Estates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within facilities, estates, or maintenance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of health & safety and compliance processes
- Experience using systems such as D365 (desirable)
- Ability to manage teams and prioritise workloads effectively
