We’re exclusively partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS/CRM business entering an exciting phase of international expansion. Backed by a leading mid-market PE fund since 2020, the company is scaling rapidly through platform innovation, strategic acquisitions, and new market entry. The Group are around £400m in turnover.
As Global Director of Commercial Finance you’ll join the senior leadership team and be a key strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, and investors. You will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, enhancing commercial performance, and supporting long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities
- Own commercial finance strategy, planning, and performance insight across products, regions, and customer segments
- Lead exit readiness by preparing investor materials, refining KPIs, and strengthening finance processes for due diligence and future transaction events
- Oversee the creation, management, and quality of the financial data room, ensuring all models, analyses, and documentation are investor-ready and compliant for due diligence
- Drive SaaS metrics insight – including ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, NRR – and support data-led growth decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to inform strategic direction
- Build robust financial models to evaluate market expansion, pricing strategy, and product roadmap impact
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and board-level analysis to internal stakeholders and PE investors
- Implement improved reporting systems, BI tools (e.g. Power BI), and scalable finance infrastructure
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial finance and FP&A team to support scale
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a background in commercial finance. Proven success in PE-backed environments and have overseen a successful Private Equity exit. Exposure to M&A, and preparing a business for exit.
