Development Manager - Housing Development London Hybrid £I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Development Manager to join an ambitious development team delivering a diverse programme of new homes across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project professional with a proven track record of delivering complex residential developments, including estate regeneration, mixed-tenure and mixed-use schemes, from inception through to completion. Leading complex new build housing projects to successful delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the development lifecycle. Overseeing procurement, contract management, financial control and risk management. Preparing development appraisals, feasibility studies. Managing stakeholder relationships, including residents, local authorities and internal teams. Ensuring compliance with planning requirements, Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation and governance processes. Proven experience delivering residential new build developments, ideally including estate regeneration. Strong project management skills across planning, procurement, construction and handover. Excellent commercial and financial management experience, including budgeting, cashflow forecasting and development viability.
