I'm working with an international organisation that is going through an exciting period of transformation and is looking to hire a Change Manager to join their growing team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys helping businesses navigate change — from improving processes and introducing new technology, through to supporting teams as they adapt to new ways of working.
You’ll work across a range of transformation initiatives, partnering with project teams and business stakeholders to make sure changes are communicated clearly, understood by employees and successfully embedded across the organisation.
- Supporting business transformation projects from planning through to implementation
- Helping teams understand the impact of upcoming changes and preparing them for transition
- Supporting training activities and gathering feedback from users
- Working with stakeholders across different areas of the business
- Identifying challenges and helping teams overcome barriers to successful change
- Travel 20% of the time
3–5 years’ experience in change management, transformation or organisational change
- Experience supporting technology-enabled change projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
- Experience across areas such as ERP, digital transformation, systems implementation or process improvement would be beneficial.
