This team boasts an excellent UK and pan-European track record of M&A, financing and capital market transactions across Renewable Energy, Utilities, Traditional Power and Infrastructure.

The role’s key focus is driving deal execution; other duties include:

  • Lead day-to-day deal execution, running execution of M&A deals from start to finish
  • Involved in M&A, and ECM execution as well as close cooperation with and contribution into financing projects
  • Preparation and pitching of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community
  • Company and industry research, accumulating strong sector knowledge, keeping up to date about M&A, equity and debt related topics in the industry
  • Leading preparation of client and investor presentations
  • Developing transaction structures/structured solutions and assist in deal analysis
  • Work on multiple subsectors and geographies
  • Contribute to the origination of new deals across the sector

This position would report to the Global Head.

In order to qualify for this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • You will already work in an Energy and/or Infrastructure M&A capacity
  • You will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Team player
