Goodman Masson are currently working with a social housing organisation in London to recruit for an interim Asset Officer / Analyst.
Pay: £250 - £350 per day INSIDE IR35
The Role: You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation's Asset Management Strategy, ensuring housing stock data is accurate, maintained, and effectively utilised to support investment planning, compliance, regeneration, and resident services. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams, helping to improve data integrity, enhance asset systems, and support long-term housing investment programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop housing asset and stock condition databases
- Ensure asset management systems are fully up to date and reconciled with housing systems
- Support capital investment, regeneration, retrofit, and estate improvement programmes
- Produce detailed reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Provide accurate stock condition and lifecycle information to support planned works programmes
- Support the development of long-term asset management plans and investment strategies
- Act as a key user for asset management systems, providing training and support to internal teams
- Monitor statutory compliance data including gas, electrical, asbestos, and related safety information
