I am seeking a driven and experienced Land Manager to join a dynamic team and fast growing Housebuilder in the South East of England.
As a key member of the Land team, you will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and developing land led opportunities contributing to the groups growth and goals.
Responsibilities
Actively source and secure land parcels through various channels.
Conduct due diligence on potential sites, assessing development potential and feasibility.
Oversee negotiations and prepare offers for submission.
Prepare Land Purchase Approval Packs for board approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align land acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
MRICS status or relevant experience in the field.
Degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
Proven experience in land acquisition from a private developer would be an advantage.
Strong IT and organisational skills.
In-depth knowledge of the planning system and regional areas.
