Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with Barking & Dagenham Reside Regeneration Ltd in the search for a Building Safety Coordinator to join their Homes & Customer Experience team on a fixed term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in building safety, compliance, fire safety or property management to play a key role in supporting the safety and compliance of high-risk residential buildings across a growing portfolio.
The successful candidate will support the Building Safety Manager across a range of operational and administrative responsibilities, helping to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and wider fire and health & safety legislation. The role will involve supporting the development of building safety cases, managing the “Golden Thread” of information, coordinating safety projects.
