An independent investment firm is seeking an Operations Associate to support its middle and back-office functions within its asset management division. The role is focused on operational oversight of a UCITS platform and will involve daily interaction with service providers, trade and cash flow monitoring, FX execution oversight, compliance support, and management reporting. You\’ll contribute to daily trade checks, FX reconciliation, monthly fee calculations, investor data reporting, and oversight of fund transactions. The role also supports the sales and risk management teams through data validation and report generation. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment operations, strong Excel and analytical skills, and an interest in alternative investments. VBA and SQL experience is advantageous.
