I am recruiting an exciting commercial finance role for an award winning, multinational, restaurant group. This would suit a qualified accountant with previous experience working in hospitality, in a commercial finance role, partnering with operations. It's initially a 6 month contract but may go permanent for the right role.
Main responsibilities:
- Partner with General Managers of restaurants to analyse overall performance
- Provide commercial insights to senior leadership teams in weekly presentations to aid decision making
- Lead cashflow forecasting
- Partner with operations to provide insight on profits and costs
- Lead forecasting for the restaurants and be involved in menu pricing and promotions
