Goodman Masson in London are supporting a social housing organisation to recruit an interim Fire Risk Assessor. You will undertake Type 1, 3 and 4 FRA across residential and managed properties, identifying hazards and providing remedial recommendations to residents and housing teams.
The role requires 2-3 years' FRA experience in social housing, a NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate, and strong knowledge of fire safety legislation.
