Goodman Masson is proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading PE Backed Software/subscription based business in the search for a Group Accountant to join their West London based reporting team. This is a standout opportunity for an ACA-qualified professional to join a high-performing, globally recognised organisation offering outstanding internal mobility.
Please note this role is based in Ealing 5 days a week on-site. This role would suit an Audit trained accountant wanting to move into industry or someone with relevant industry experience.
The Role:
- As part of the Group Reporting function and reporting into the Group Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting that informs strategic decision-making.
- This hybrid role blends technical reporting with business-facing responsibilities, including:
- Group financial reporting (including statutory and management reporting)
- Assist with the multi-currency group consolidation, including support on new system implementation
- Acquisition accounting and purchase price allocation
- Assist with preparation of board packs and investor reporting
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the group
What We’re Looking For:
- Recently Qualified ACCA/ACA, can be straight from Audit or a practice firm
- Strong IFRS technical knowledge and experience navigating complex accounting issues
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience with group consolidations and/or M&A accounting highly desirable
