Group FP&A Lead | PE backed Renewables | Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits | London | Hybrid working
I am currently partnering with a high-growth PE backed renewables business who are looking for a Group FP&A lead to come and join a growing team.
For this role you will be working closely with the CFO and manage a junior coming through.
This is a very exciting role where the company is going through a period of sustained growth due to recent PE investment.
For this role you will be taking full ownership of the FP&A function and providing key insightful information to the PE firm and senior leaders across the business.
- Your responsibilities will include;
- Ownership of the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts and long-range plan.
- Monthly MI packs for the exec and board, providing variance and commentary for investor reporting.
- Set KPI definitions with Sales and Operations teams to challenge the cost base and drive efficiencies.
- Build and develop dashboards and use the data to support decision making.
- Take ownership of Financial models to drive decision making.
- Any ad-hoc tasks which will be required from the C-suite and other senior leaders.
- What you will bring;
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or similar.
- Prior FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
- Ideally experience building an FP&A function from scratch or scaling to a growing group.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions.
- Desirable, experience working in a PE backed business with some AI exposure.
