Job Description
We are currently seeking a Gas Technician to join our busy team. In this exciting role you will be responsible for carrying out all types of repairs on heating and hot water systems to both tenanted and vacant properties in accordance with job tickets, opti-time appointment slots, specifications, contract drawings, and applicable regulations. This includes adhering to good practice, building regulations, and safety standards to ensure high-quality and compliant work.
You will be covering the areas surrounding Sheffield, Doncaster, and Barnsley. £35,229 – £39,298 (Based on experience and qualifications)Annual pay scale increase 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays A flexible working environment, with a range of family friendly policies You will work a total of 37 hours per week, scheduled between 08:00 and 19:30 across any five days from Monday to Saturday. The exact schedule will depend on business needs at the time. However, to give an idea, a typical working week may be Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.
Please note that this is subject to change based on business requirements. Required to participate in the call-out rota for one week once every eight weeks. Working arrangements are flexible in line with our Smart Working culture so that we deliver an excellent and accessible service for customers.
