Funds Tax Assistant Manager - In house (CT3638) London, England
Salary: GBP60000 - GBP65000 per annum
I'm working with a well-known FS business to recruit a Funds Tax Assistant Manager to join their team based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Funds Tax Associate Director in coordinating and managing all aspects of the tax compliance process.
- Oversee tax compliance across a variety of entities, including:
- Partnership tax for funds and carried interest vehicles
- Corporate tax for investment SPVs
- Manage reporting obligations for international tax regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Review, finalise, and file tax returns in line with established processes and internal deadlines.
- Ensure all tax payments are calculated accurately and submitted on time.
