Salary: GBP60000 – GBP65000 per annum

I\’m working with a well-known FS business to recruit a Funds Tax Assistant Manager to join their team based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Funds Tax Associate Director in coordinating and managing all aspects of the tax compliance process.
Oversee tax compliance across a variety of entities, including:

Partnership tax for funds and carried interest vehicles
Corporate tax for investment SPVs

Manage reporting obligations for international tax regulations.

Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Review, finalise, and file tax returns in line with established processes and internal deadlines.

Ensure all tax payments are calculated accurately and submitted on time.
